HF Healthcare and Hueneme Family Pharmacy takes patient complaints seriously and responds in a timely manner. A patient or family member may express a concern or complaint regarding any aspect of care or treatment to any staff member without reprise. Forms can be mailed, emailed or faxed. Alternatively, a complaint can be submitted online through the form below. When you submit a complaint, you are subject to coercion, discrimination, reprisal or unreasonable interruption of care.
